When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number if supplied, local area, service topic and the message you provide. If you complete our pre-review questionnaire, we also collect the financial, tax, investment, personal-circumstance and planning information you choose to provide. If you use our succession-planning discussion form, we collect the contact details, referral context, relationship information, discussion areas and message you choose to provide. We may also keep information you give us when communicating by phone, email or in person. We store your cookie choice locally in your browser. Optional website analytics are loaded only when you choose to accept them, and you can change that choice at any time through the Cookie settings control in the website footer.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and administer an initial consultation, explain relevant services, and meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Our usual basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement, our legitimate interests in operating our services, and legal obligations where these apply.
